What is a Nurse Navigator?
Nurse Navigators are highly skilled Registered Nurses and patient advocates who ensure each person receives the highest standard of care from their initial consultation through the entire treatment process. They "navigate" quality patient care by helping bypass barriers to treatment.
It's a nurse navigator's job to ensure that the array of coordinated efforts necessary to carry out patient care is organized, efficient, and effective.

How we do it?
Concierge Nurse Navigators are expert guides for the patient journey—combining clinical experience with compassion, intelligence and the ability to effectively navigate the healthcare system. We provide individualized patient advocacy services to our clients. We conduct an initial assessment of your current situation, come up with a plan, educate and assist with potential resources in order for you to make the best decision for you or your loved one. We can attend physician appointments with you, meet pre or post appointment to translate clinical language, effectively explain pros and cons of treatment and conduct thorough reviews of your medical conditions and medications. We help both you and your providers have a common understanding of what is going on. We do this through effective communication and collaboration. We have a passion to help streamline all aspects of your medical journey.
